Underrepresented Poetry in the United States

This collection features 105 selected poetry collections by poets from underrepresented groups in the United States. The groups include five different ethnic groups: African Americans, Asian Americans, Pacific Islanders, Latin Americans, and Native Americans. There are several existing collections showcasing a single or few underrepresented poet(s), but no collection that deals with comprehensive marginality in American poetry. In this regard, this collection has been built with the aim to address as many marginalized groups of American poets as possible.
